Before his current position, Larry served as Brand President at Apple Investor Group (ING), overseeing franchise operations for Applebee's. Here, he managed 68 locations with a combined revenue of $150 million, achieving the highest EBITDA profit margin among franchises. His responsibilities included guiding the brand's direction through effective marketing strategies, operational execution, and growth initiatives. He led an executive team of eight, created robust operational systems, and managed training, budgeting, and human resources.
